Spoke with Nigel at customer service regarding our problem with our bidet. He understood our concern and helped expedite a solution to resolve the issue. I am waiting on the replacement part and feel that once I receive the part the problem should be resolved.

I cancelled an order the next day, but some how there were two orders and one went through anyway. I still do not know how that happened since I only ever made one order and the final price was only the price I could have gotten on the app which is where I canceled the order. It must have been a software glitch or I missed something. Their 24/7 customer service had no wait time. Julie was very patient, calm, and kind. They agreed to give me a full refund within 3-5 business days with written confirmation. I will return to comment when the money has returned to my account.

My experiences with homary had been great, I love all products purchased and also beautify any space you put their products. If I can give homary more than 5star review, I will do that

My table arrived with several scratches and I immediately wrote to Homary, it took several emails to solve the situation but at the end we did. I'm not rating 5 stars only because the customer service team asked me for pictures of the packaging code aka the box that I didn't know were needed to submit a complaint and couldn't even find on my box. Apart from that the service was pretty good!

The Island chairs are exactly what I ordered for. I love them. And they are easy to wipe off any stain with just water and clean towel. Fast delivery

Great products and great customer service. I got 4 counter height stools. Three of stools are great quality but for the fourth one, the back couldn’t be aligned. Called customer service and Nigel, Homary rep. helped me order a replacement. Very reliable and dependable service. Nigel kept me posted throughout.

I bought a clock from Homary. It didn’t work and the company totally refunded my money & told me to keep the merchandise! Nigel, from Homary was so very helpful. I appreciate his help & kindness.

After sending me the cheapest set of vanities I have ever seen in-person (online they looked amazing!) I requested a refund. I only opened one of the boxes because I knew from seeing it that I could not use them. They looked like what you would buy from a Dollar Store if dollar stores sold vanities. It took them over a week to send me the labels to return the trash vanities. When I go to return them, I had to pay $600 to return them!!!!! The vanities were $600 each. How convenient that I would have to spend $600 to send them back. What a ripoff!!!! Stay away from them!!!

I ordered a cabinet from Homary. It arrived when expected in perfect shape. Shipping packaging was thoughtful and thorough. It looks exactly as pictured and looks great inthe space intended. Very happy with my purchase!

Homary sells beautiful products that you can’t find anywhere else. I bought a beautiful and unique console table and when I had trouble putting it together, Homary was very responsive to all inquiries. David personally reached out to me and worked with me to resolve all my issues. I highly recommend them.

The customer service, including Kurt were attentive with good follow-thru.

We ordered the kitchen island. The product itself is great. It's solid and well made. But the instructions for putting it together were nearly impossible. The reviews say it took ten minutes. It took two of us almost 12 hours. The hardware is all named the same thing. There were no holes drilled for the hinges. There were numerous steps to build it, but it was on the front and back of one page. And the directions were tiny. The pictures were very unhelpful. We were quite pleased with the end product, however.

Reported them to the Better Business Bureau. They are not trying to give me my money back, replacement, or return label for another purchase. The return details on their website is BS because they don't follow that. They told me to go buy a wooden box for the items to be shipped back on, and keep offering me to keep the items in a percentage back. I spoke to multiple people and they keep telling me it's going to be one to two days and I will get an email.
Nothing happens.
I'm inclined to file a lawsuit after this week if I do not receive shipping for my desktop and a return label to the chairs. This is not a legit company do not use.

It's been over 3 weeks since I've spoke with someone about my replace desk top and 10% refund back.
Have not received a new desk top. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I keep receiving emails with no resolution.
Another order with two chairs that I want to return and everyone keeps telling me I should receive a shipping label within two days and have not received anything as of yet. Seems like this company is playing a lot of games. I want my money back.
Everyone passes you off to someone else saying that they're going to contact you within 24 to 48 hours, that never happens. As of three weeks later, I still don't have a resolution or shipping details for my desktop nor do I have a return label for the chairs. Everyone just keep saying someone will get back to me or I will receive an email and I never.

I have purchased the sofabed at Homary and it didn't turn out to my liking due to some shipment damaged. Yet, the Customer Service was very understandable, friendly, and professional about helping me finding a resolution for the issue. The response was very speedy and I even have them call me to make sure that I am happy with the result of the resolution. I recommended Homary for its first class service.

This is my first buying experience with Homary. My customer service agents were very attentative, professional and prompt! They honor their Guarantee on their products and stand by their "no hassle return" and this in itself made me a life-long online customer. It's important to build trust in this climate of buying online and they have more than surpassed that.
